As in my case with these older homes in Florida you never know what you are going to find when you start a job and that has to be mentioned up front & taken into consideration along with cost. Lou comes a little pricey but you will get a top notch / expert job when completed. To round it out Lou is professional, quite knowledgeable, and completed job within stated time frame.”
