“first of all house was contaminated with water overflowing basement in spring time. Drain pipes were broke under slab, gyproc, partitions were removed, new basement slab, ceiling was raised in portion of attic to 10.5 feet clearance. Home was re-designed by architect Yves Samuel and decorated with Melanie Lebourdais - a real jewel now. The house has more than triple its municipal evaluation.
