She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress.
