“We had the good fortune to engage DESAKOTA Developments in the full renovation and upgrade of our North Vancouver home in 2011. Working with an architect referred by DESAKOTA we arrived at a design that met our vision of the home both functionally and aesthetically. The project was unique as we remained in the home and moved between floors as each was completed (not advisable under any circumstances!!) but this challenge was taken in stride by the management and on site crew. At all times the project was well managed by a professional onsite project manager and team. Subcontractors were professional, responsive and on budget. All invoicing was detailed and well organized. Although these project can evolve both financially and physically, when referencing our original cost estimates DESAKOTA were spot on with their budgeted costs and will work with you to manage both your expectations and spending.
