One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”
