Epoch Construction built a 2nd story deck with exposed beam cover/roof for us. We had a general idea of what we wanted but the owner really helped dial it in for us and knew all the codes for our location off the top of his head. The actual construction process was a completely stress-free experience for us. We gave them the back side of the house and stayed out of their way so they could go to town on it. And they definitely did, even on mornings that were well below freezing. They are indeed experts with tying into our existing home framing and roof. That was our main concern from the beginning and didn't want to turn over every rock looking for the cheapest. We wanted experts at a fair price and that's what we got. Overall project was on budget and schedule with zero surprises or issues along the way. The final product was far better than we ever envisioned. My only other comment would be that their integrity is second to none. Highly recommend.

Epoch has done 2 projects for us and I love both of the results. One was converting a screened porch into an enclosed sunroom- which is now our favorite room in the house. The other was the masonry crew who replaced our front walkway with a beautiful and lighted paver path to the house. We are very happy with their workmanship and delighted with the improvements they made to our property. Their prices are also reasonable.

I hired Epoch Construction to convert an attached garage into a master suite, build a back deck patio cover and install new kitchen cabinets. I hired them in February of 2019 when I purchased the house to give the entire home a complete remodel. The entire crew of Epoch Construction was pleasant to work with. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but they also were there to guide the project by working hand in hand with other subcontractors. Whenever a construction challenge arose, JT and his crew of problem solvers rose to the occasion and provided options, advice and a can-do attitude to get the job done. They communicate well and show up when scheduled. I sincerely enjoyed working with Epoch Construction and I would hire them again!
