“I hired this company thru BJs, store. They started with installing 5 windows. the presentation they supplied to us(a 4+ hour demonstration) was top-notch. They installed all 5 windows in one day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, AND clean. They were so good that when the emergency arose that we needed our roof repaired we chose them. The cost was pretty high compared with other services BUT the quality of the materials. the lifetime guarantee and the guarantee being transferable sold me on the company. The entire roof needed repair due to the unprofessional repair done by the previous owner!! The crew arrived at 715 am, unloaded their truck and proceeded on the install. they broke for lunch at 1:30 and then got back at it. They were done before the sun went down around 800 pm. The yard was cleaned of practically ALL debris and the yesterday I barely found any debris left over. Everything that the salesman said would be done, was done. Chris McGonigal was a professional salesman and a credit to their company. EVERYTIME it rained he was concerned about our welfare and kept asking his boss had they heard from us. This team was, also, very professional, knowledgeable and clean. Everything that was taken down before the install was put right back up. the satellite dish-though wasnt aligned properly, IS NOT their responsibility! That was stated in contract. The wire to my satellite internet. and the downspouts were all set up like it was beforehand. I am going to need gutters next year(hoping they last) and POWER will be doing that also. And the following year or two I'll be replacing some more windows. Their customer service are all professional, knowledgeable, AND POLITE!! I didnt experience any bad attitudes from anyone! It was an enjoyabl;e experience from start to end!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!”
