“I hired RLM to build a shed in my back yard. I wanted the shed to last so I had them build it out of the same materials my house is made of. They poured a 12'x10' slab on my uneven ground and made it square and level. They framed the shed to allow for two windows on the front, a full size door, and two sky lights in the roof. The outside was done in hardy plank so it won't rot and its matches the back of my house. We matched the same 20yr roofing shingles I used on my house. They painted the outside and trim in the colors I selected. They also ran power to the shed, installed 3 lights, and one outlet as per my request. From start to finish is took about a month. Given the total custom nature of the build, I was very happy with the timeline, the construction quality, and the overall finished product. They even had custom burglar bars custom made and installed. If you are looking for any type of custom project, give Ray and his guys at RLM Remodel & Design a try. I think you will be happy with the price, quality, and finished product. I know I was!”

Roland and his team were so professional. They were able to return my call quickly and provide an estimate within a day. They also were so helpful with information on where to purchase the materials, and how to care for them in the future. Installation went smoothly and quick. “My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. “What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“OSO provided a complete roof replacement after hail damage. The owner came quickly after I called to give me an estimate. I did not show him our insurance estimate, and he was very close to what the insurance said it would cost. The work began just over a week after we signed the paperwork. Other local roofing companies were quoting 6-9 months before the job could begin. The crew was friendly and finished the job quickly. The owner even came out when I had a question after the work was done to explain something to me. I would highly recommend OSO Construction.”
