Once the build started, we were at the site almost every day and the general contractor, Mark, and each and every subcontractor were extremely friendly and informative. As they worked, you could see their attention to detail come through - on occasion I would even see one of them start something over because it wasn't quite right. You could tell they were each craftsmen and took pride in their work. From the custom gable brackets, to the cherry porch ceiling, to the hand-tooled floors they did a fantastic job on some of the key custom elements we wanted. And you've never seen a cleaner worksite on a new build. Amy was great at helping get all our selections made and keeping our change orders in line, and everyone was great at communcating with us at every step. We absolutely love our new home.
