That means a quality job without over-runs, and all expectations were met or excided. Billy did 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large extension. Oh, and a deck. I know that sounds like a lot and it was, but I never had to sweat the details.”

“Joe and his team have done several projects in my home. They treat my home like theirs and are always meticulous and clean. For our last project, Joe's team worked closely with me to make sure my requirements were met. We were building an accent wall in the master bedroom. The wall was horizontal wood planks painted to look like white driftwood. We were working with different color samples and they gave me time to evaluate the samples they made before moving forward to the next phase. They were very patient with my challenging weekend schedule. The final product was not only beautiful but amazing. Great job !”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house .
