“I contracted with Conniff Construction in February 2015, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As a result of a previous fraudulent contractor, I was left with a barely functioning bathroom in my home. Due to a mold issue, homeowners insurance granted us coverage for a bathroom repair. We didn't do our due diligence in selecting this original contractor (reading reviews, browsing the internet for credentials/past work, etc), and we suffered because of it. The previous contractor came in, ripped out all the walls and flooring, destroyed the plumbing, and ran off with the money - leaving us still with the mold problem and without a functioning bathroom. Conniff Construction came to the rescue and repaired our bathroom beautifully, and in a timely manner. Both Sean and John were extremely professional to work with, and had only their clients best interests in mind. They put our bathroom back together, including a custom tile floor job, reinstallment of sheetrock, rerouting of problematic plumbing, installation of new tub and removal of old tub, and most of all - rid us of the mold issue. Conniff Construction worked with us patiently while we went back and forth on design decisions. They installed all of the bathroom furniture, including vanity, mirror, and lighting. I felt extremely safe with having them work in my home alone, without supervision. They are safe and professional, and pose no risk from a safety or financial perspective. They are diligent and organized in their documentation, including their contract and estimates, and belong to multiple verified home owner's and builders associations in the state (as well as nationally). We felt very safe in their hands and we are confident we made the right decision in choosing them for our renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a renovation or new build in the future.”

“We needed a basement half bath rebuilt and some interior wood stairs repaired. We contacted Tom at Farmingdale Contracting and he promptly responded and scheduled a day to come out to take a look. He showed up on the date and at the time he had promised. He then gave us an estimate and was able to start the job shortly after we accepted. Tom did a beautiful job on both projects and came up with terrific solutions to the problems that come up when you work on a house built over a century ago. We’re extremely satisfied with his work and have even asked him for an estimate on a possible larger future project.”

Thank you to the entire team at Coastal Modular Group for helping us every step of the way. From our first phone call, to your office after Hurricane Sandy, and all our hurdles with RREM until receiving our final CO. Your process was very open and welcoming with the added bonus of the factory tours. We appreciate all the time spent in meetings going through the entire design process. Kevin was always very patient with all my changes and questions. You guys also took one of the most stressful parts of any construction project, "Budgeting", and were able to break it down so we could see right where we were at and keep on it. During the construction we always got fast response to any questions or concerns either through co-construct, email or phone. Co-construct was an excellent way for us to stay up to date and a big help to me while purchasing the finishes for the house. Now that we are moved in there have been a few minor issues to be addressed and Coastal Modular Group has been quick to send out the contractors resolve them. “I had architect drawings for a 2 room blowout (Kitchen, family/fireplace room) and State-Wide bid on the job. Both Tony and Tom came by the house looked at the job had their subcontractors come through and presented a thorough bid. I had two other bids soon knocked out one and State Wide worked with me on all the details and won the contract. Their kitchen cabinet person and countertop suppliers were great and they also allowed me to get items over the internet which they installed (LED lighting, Appliances and faucets). They did NOT low ball me I had few if any additional items and no suprises. All upgrades I picked were priced fairly and payment was in an orderly fashion with payment pursuant with completion schedules. If you want a contractor that will work with you then these are the ones they had the same crew every day which made me and the wife feel very comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 9 (thats because no-one gets a ten)”
