I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up.
