“JT Construction has done work for us a few times. First time they built and replaced porches and stairs for our new sunroom. The sunroom was built by a different contractor. Although they did an excellant job with the room itself but did not give us what we wanted for the entry ways. Jason had no problem building exactly what we wanted. Rebuild front deck and back deck. Install gutters on sunroom. Remove deck boards from front deck. Extend deck 9 feet to edge of sunroom. Also extend out 16 more inches. Drop platform down 5.5 inches. Rebuild stairs to accomadate a 5.5 inch rise and 16.5 inch tread. Install new composite decking on deck and stairs. Install new railing on one side of stairs. Ad railing along extension of deck and back to sunroom. Back deck extend over 4 feet and drop down 5.5 inches. Rebild stairs to accomadate 5.5 rise and 11 inch tread. Use front deck boards to deck over extended area. Build bench on edge and install railing along front from stairs to bench His work was totally professional, timely, and at a resonable cost. He has done more work for us since in the same professional manner.”
