“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”

They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. “I used Blue Sound Construction for a kitchen renovation that took the original kitchen down to the studs and also moved a wall and a window, creating a dining room where our library used to be. Blue Sound Construction suggested design elements and worked with us every step of the way to create a space that did what we wanted it to. They worked through some big challenges -- such as a significantly sloping floor and ceiling -- to implement the vision. The result is beautiful, an open, airy, clean-looking space that is a cook's dream. Not only is the kitchen beautiful and functional, the whole main floor of the house looks open, airy and much larger than when we began. The flow of the floor works well and the rooms lead one into the other. I feel like our house has been transformed. Blue Sound Construction did a wonderful job. The project took longer than we had expected (or been told to expect) but the end result was completely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sound Construction to anyone else.”

“Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”
