The work was completed and I could not have been anymore pleased. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which was nice. “Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

“I've picked this company because I heard good recommendations for it and I was very impressed. Throughout the renovation I felt that there was good communication and great report. Our property came out looking awesome! I heard from the owner at least once a day and was always kept in the loop. That was important for us due to our past experience with GC's. “We hired Brawner Design last summer to work on our front yard. We found Jack to be both inventive in design and focused with keeping within our budget. We stressed the importance of color, organic design, native plants and adding great appeal to our front yard. He exceeded our expectations in design and execution. Additional neighbors have since hired Jack to complete their yards. He was amazing to work with and we will be hiring him to work his magic on our back yard.”
