“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“We were very satisfied with Justin. He was courteous and friendly. He came by to look at the project and gave us a quote the next day. He was able to fit us in the following week. The project included repairing a rotted second floor balcony. The project was done in 2 days. The balcony looks great. We have been receiving compliments from neighbors and family. “Superior did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. I was impressed with the prep done to prevent dirt and dust from going all over the house. The workers were here every day and on time. They were very friendly and polite. They consulted us on every item which needed an opinion by us. The total tear down and rebuild was done without a flaw. The tile laying, grouting, caulking and painting were excellently done. Cleanup was done very good also. I would highly recommend Superior to anyone and plan to use them in the future on more projects.”

“Where do I start! I interviewed a few different companies before I found Ariva and Co. and after reading the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Teresa about my project and after meeting her and Clint in person I just went with my gut and felt that this was the right company for us. I am so glad I did! We originally were just looking for a kitchen remodel but then added on a bathroom, foyer, and closets. They were very professional, respectful, insightful, courteous, and meticulous! 工務店は住宅に関する相談から、設計、施工、完成まで一貫して引き受けることが多いです。新築から増改築やリフォームまで、家づくりに関わるあらゆることで強い味方となります。
施工会社は、建築会社やゼネコン、サブコンなどの総称を意味します。施工会社の規模により異なりますが、設計を外部の建築家や設計事務所などに任せて、施工だけを行う施工会社や、元請けとして家づくりに必要なさまざまな専門業者に発注し、住宅工事の工程や品質のチェックなど施工監理だけを行う施工会社もあります。また、住宅・マンション・商業施設など得意とする分野があり、仮に住宅を得意とする施工会社でも、受け持つ役割や、木造・鉄骨・RC造など、建物の工法や構造などで施工会社の強みが異なる場合もあります。 一方、工務店は、その会社の規模により、新築、建て替え、部分的な改修工事など手がけるプロジェクトの強みが異なる場合があります。工務店ごとの実績や施工事例を知ることで、その会社の強みがわかるので、その中から自分の気に入ったデザインの家を手がけた工務店に話を聞いてみることをおすすめします。
