“We hired Tate to figure out how to put a door into our house from the attached garage: the previous owner hadn't bothered to do that when he built the house. Tate figured it out right away, even tho we had all the wrong ideas, and had other good ideas of his own about the project. Good thing we hired Tate; if we'd been in charge, it would have been a disaster ; > )”

Draft home design submitted 2.Design elevation based on information provided by client 3 Contract/build approx 3800 sq ft home on the river in Montrose, CO. 4 Be willing to work with client on design elements in an enthusiastic way, 5. Provide an approx. bid 6. Stay in constant communication with client, never assuming anything Because Design Build Unlimited followed all of these requirements, we highly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services. It is hard to like most builders at the end of a project, but I would hire them again in a heart beat!!!”

“I have had a lot of experience with different builders on my lifetime. I can truthfully say that Michel and his lovely assistant, Caleen were like a homebuyers dream come true. Not only did Michael think of all of the little things that make a home-caninent space galore, electrical outlets in every place imaginable, etc., etc. they also took all requests from us to add hardwood floors through out, a mud sink in the garage, epoxy floor in the garage, a hookup for outside gas so no need to buy propane ever again. The professional finishes that Michael and his team completed was truly outstanding!”

“Jason built me a commercial building for my salon business. He accomplished everything I needed. Our building is energy efficient, with all the latest technology, a realistic cost, finished work in a timely manner. He completed our building in 6 months. move in ready. I will hire Jason for again. His craftmanship and building supplies used is top notch. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!”

“In 2019 we embarked on a total remodel. The home we purchased had been neglected and needed everything on the exterior replaced including siding, windows, doors and roofing. We also wanted to upgrade the kitchen and baths, as well as relocate of some of the interior walls. Peak and Prairie Homes exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with how the home turned out that we had them build a new garage/shop the following year. Carl was easy to work with. He listened to our design ideas and turned them into the home of our dreams. We are very happy and continually receive compliments on our property.”
