“Adam and his crew just finished a major renovation in our 1950's ranch house. They gutted and remodeled the kitchen, living, and dining room areas. Some of what the project included: installing 2 skylights, a new window, vaulting ceilings and adding new structural beams and supports, lots of electrical work, exterior masonry work, repairing and refinishing hardwood floors, installing all cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, countertops, HVAC work, painting, trim work...and a ton more details I'm sure I'm leaving out. Adam was really great to work with. He got back to us quickly after first contact, answered our many questions, worked with us on budget, and got started on the project right away. Adam is hands on and was on site daily to oversee all the sub contractors. His crew works quickly and efficiently and were all really nice. We were living in our house during the renovation and they made is as easy as possible on us. There were a few minor hiccups along the way as we had changed a lot of details in the blueprints so were working from 2 sets of plans but everything was resolved quickly without any hassle. We are SO happy with our new kitchen and living spaces-it is a really dramatic transformation. We will definitely be contacting him again in the future when we renovate other areas.”

“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic.
