“I met Tito is 2013 when looking to purchase our home. My Real Estate agent called Tito while I considered submitting an offer on the property, which relied on our ability to flip a 375 square foot unit into a studio. Tito showed up on the spot, followed-up with a quote and had the studio move-in ready in 6 weeks. Fast forward to 2020, he's also remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, deck, built a storage unit under my deck, removed a fire place from the living room, painted many interiors rooms of the house, including the full exterior and now a garage remodel. I always thought Roja Construction would return to remodel my 2nd bathroom next, but shelter in place changed that as we looked for more space to work from home.
