“I found this contractor on Angie's list. I communicated with the owner Drew Dennis via email about painting our condo at the beach. We set up everything via email, including choosing a paint color. He sent Greg to do the job. Greg went above and beyond, not only doing a great job with the painting, but helping us to coordinate the pickup of some furniture that we donated, as well as installing some new light fixtures. We are planning to renovate the kitchen and baths and have already contacted Drew about working up a bid for us.”

“Our experience with Sprague Builders was absolutely the best. Our dream home project planning began in Feb of 2012 with groundbreaking June of 2012. We moved in June of 2013. I feel that Sprague Construction has the absolute best subs in the area and along with their expertise our job was on time and without any major problems. Rick and his son , Doug along with Rick's wife and Doug' s Mom, Kathy, kept Brooks and I on task and out of crazy mode. It was a pleasure to work with them and we are proud of our home. It is everything we want it to be with water views maximized, a feeling of serenity and a haven to come home too !”

“We had used Alton Listers builders after Hurricane Ivan on our catastrophic damaged home in 2004. The problem was the availability of workers to hire as they all were chasing the quick easy money after the area was devastated. Mr Lister was in constant contact with us on our homes progress. He saw each area to completion to a quality outcome, roof, Sheetrock, Floors, kitchen everything new except one toilet and one tub Our hime turned out beautiful with not one problem! We couldn’t be more pleased with anyone. He was and is great. Still in contact with him and now he is completing my sons home after a tree fell in his kitchen.”

They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsmen. Another important asset this company has is communication. Communication has been stellar and if they were going to be late or unable to make it for an unforeseen reason, they immediately let me know and didn't let me "wonder" if and when they'd arrive. In the end, my kitchen remodel and new exterior siding was everything and more than I was hoping for. Pricing was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend this company without reservation. You made me and my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!”
