“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Buildaholics constructed a large detached garage for us, 22 x 24 ft. Dave was a pleasure to work with from the first call to project completion. His design experience and knowledge of building codes made the planning stage a pleasure. When we discovered that the existing concrete pad was flawed, the adjustment of cost to tear it out and pour a new pad was reasonable. Dave is easy to contact and communicates clearly. In my 30 years of home ownership, I haven't had a better contractor. Dave is a gem!”

“Our Bathroom had not changed much in 20 years and was in need of an entire renovation. Bryan and Ronaye were great at helping us with all the aspects of the reno. They provided time lines that we need supplies by and were always keeping us up to date on the progress. I'm not great with colours and design, so Ronaye's input and ideas were invaluable We love our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend their services. We also had Bryan back in the summer to build a front deck. We demolished the stone steps ourselves (Don't do that - hire Bryan) and then had Bryan build beautiful new front steps and deck. Again - great work.”

“I had two pocket doors that were off their tracks. Part of the door frame needed to be removed in order to repair the doors. A very clean effective repair was done. I'm always afraid of being taken of by contractors since it has happened to me so many times. These guys are great. They were honest, prompt, efficient and competent.
