“Who knew San Mateo had its own Turf Depot?! It knocks the other Depot out of the playing field! I have to say I was impressed by it’s super customer service and beautiful products at great prices. I called a half-hour before closing, asking about their customer base; they work for all: corporations, residential, and for individuals like me, luckily! Steve showed me a beautiful array of samples and knew exact specifications off-hand, which made it so easy for me to select what I needed quickly. Charlie entered the picture and the team led me into the warehouse right next door. The warehouse was tidy and well organized and it made everything so efficient. To my surprise the products didn’t off-gas and they look just as good online as they do in person. It was neat to see behind the scenes as well- it would have been such a cool field trip for a child! Steve and Charlie were both so friendly and fun. They care about what they do and enjoy connecting with their customers- particularly a blessing in these times! They were able to accommodate my small request and helped me to find just what I needed, and it was a lovely 10 minutes spent!
