Our die cast casting production speed is about 7 times faster than traditional sand casting. Besides,70% of the polishing works are done by the self-designed automatic polishing machines.The Shoot blasting machines significantly reduced manual grinding, resulting in smooth surface finishes，strong powder coating adhesion and cost efficiency. 3.Development&Research We create, own and manage every single die cast mold in-house Two CNC mold making machines allow us to create, design and fine tune our own die-cast moulds 24hours a day.
