“Did a beautiful job, was respectful of my home and tried to keep things cleaned up. Removed all waste. Was on time and worked until job was finished. Had all material needed to do the job at the start. Did seem a bit on the pricey side but I got what I paid for with no regrets.”

“We have been in our home for just over 1 year and the fireplace stopped working. I called Fireclass and was told we were just outside our warranty, but she would send someone out, no charge. The gentleman was late for his appointment (his other job ran longer than he thought) and he called to let me know and asked if he could still come out, did this still work for me. It did. He came out, put covers over his shoes, laid something over the floor to protect my carpet and started to diagnose the problem. The switch the electrician had put in was bad. He changed it and all is well. I appreciated his customer service and the willingness of the company to send someone out without charge. I will use them for any future needs.”

“We are so happy with our gas fireplace. Its nice to go into family room and its warm where before you had to turn our old one on & wait for it to warm up. It has a thermostat on it just set the temperature & its done. Everyone was so nice explaining everything & the workers were great. Would recommend them Everyone.”

“Needed some special sections of pipe for a outdoor boiler for a stack on it they were able to come up with what i needed and got it in a surprisingly short time i also needed a special clamp to attach it to the boiler they couldn't find any thing that would work for me but pointed me in the right direction! Great help and alway willing to help me find what i need if they can!”
