“I needed my electrical panel to be upgraded as well as the wiring in the house(built in 1937). We had just purchased the house and the insurance company was going to cancel our homeowners insurance if we didn't upgrade. I received 3 estimates. Two of the estimates were approx. $5,000 and Solutions for Home and Office was $3,800. Ray the general contractor and owner of the company was the only one that asked me to see the home inspection report. Based on the report and his own physical inspection he told us he would upgrade the panel from a 30 amp fuse box to a 200 amp panel and replace any wiring in the house that deemed necessary. He was able to have the city replace the wiring from the pole to the house at no additional cost to me. Ray did everything he promised and in the time frame I had requested. There was no hidden fees and his work is exceptional. I am going to hire him next summer to renovate my bathroom and kitchen. I am looking forward to it. It is so refreshing to have someone who charges what they quote stays in the time frame promised and does good work. I highly recommend him and his crew.”
