“We looked through Doors by Design's brochure that was done with excellent colors and quality stock. We had our three choices and discussed them at length with Judah Clark one of the principals of the firm. The thing I liked most about Judah was his honesty. Every door had its pros and cons and he gave it to us straight up. As a sales professional myself I respected that. We selected a Mahogany South American door with two side panels and he gave us a great deal. The most amazing part was he had previous appointments in the North East sometime after the door would arrive and he promised to stain the wood and install the door for a very reasonable price. As it happened the door arrived three weeks late (not due to Doors by Design but the shipping company had an issue). But when the door arrived Judah was still in the area and he did the instal without any additional drama. We now have a very expensive door on our home and payed only 75% of retail when you add it all up. We get constant comments about its beauty and strength.”
