“Once we had the kinks worked out about what design and style of door and finish we could get (this did take a while, I'll admit) the delivered product was beautiful. The owner helped us pick out a beautiful product. You do have to do some homework yourself, though, and be sure to ask lots of questions about your door. We do get lots of GREAT comments about our door now. Neighbors stop their cars and tell us how great it looks. So for the little kinks we had along the way, I guess it was worth it. Salesman did spend a lot of time and came out quite a few times to get things right, but was a little hazy about what types of doors went with what colors. To his defense, I guess they are always adding and discontinuing products so it can be a little hard to keep up, that's my only complaint.”
