“First of all, Sheard Development completely saved us! We had started several months before they came on board with another contractor who let us down right after the foundation had been started.... Then we waited & waited for them to go onto the next stage which never happened. Basically the whole house was still unfinished and it sat for about 4 months before Sheard Development took over our project. They worked through many errors on the plans they inherited and the foundation that had already been started. I can’t say enough positive about this company, they made EVERYTHING right. “I was introduced to Alex Schenkar after interviewing two other groups for coordination of our project which included. Complete exterior remodel including doors, windows, roof, new 2500 foot hardscape with inset pool/spa, construction of a new covered deck. Early on in our demolition project I had an issue with how our bid was put together. Alex and his wife, joined my wife and I for an evening where he listened openly to our concerns. Helped arrive at a good resolution and allowed us to continue to move forward on a tight and efficient construction schedule.
