“Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. “Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable. The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. Every issue that arose was brought to my attention immediately and resolved swiftly with their recommendation. On time and on budget, the finished result was more than I had ever hoped for. Once the project was over Kenorah constantly reaches out to me, making sure everything is still perfect. I have had a couple warrantee issues since then, but they have been fixed and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. “Trilogy Homes Ltd. provided estimates and helpful suggestions on re-designing my kitchen, and painting the exterior of my home. They did such a great job, some of the homeowners in my area asked me who painted and then painted in the same colors. I guess copying my style is the best form of a compliment. LOL!! He helped us with decisions from lighting, to kitchen design, flooring, doors and just about everything in between. At one point, we had a problem with the sub floor material. Linwood (with the assistance of our advisor/designer) immediately took control and rectified the problem WITHOUT HESITATION or additional delay! “We hired Mila and her crew after admiring several of her award winning projects. After our first meeting with Mila we knew that her design ideas and style would match what we were looking for to renovate our home. Mila exceeded our expectations throughout the 4 month interior and exterior transformation of our home. She and her crew was always pleasant, punctual and professional. Mila was able to anticipate our needs and direct our focus to ensure we stayed within budget. She was excellent at communicating with the trades to make sure that everything was carried out as planned. She brought a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to our project. “We hired Versa Platinum Renovations to add 600 square feet to home and completely renovate an additional 500+ square feet inside, just the thought of this was a scary Reno for us with three small kids and having to open up the whole side of our home in the winter months to the environment, From the initial conversation with Felipe determining the budget, permits, Andrea designs and construction it was incredible! we had a very clear communication through the whole project, it was completed on time and on budget!! リノベーションとは
