Despite opting for the digital package; as I was local, I was offered a face-to-face consultation with her, adding a personal touch to the experience. What stood out to me was Haley's attention to detail and her commitment to tailoring the design to reflect my personality. The initial spaces were dark and lacked character, but with Haley's expertise, they have been infused with warmth, style, and a touch of my own identity. “Replacing old conservatory for new orangery......A company with the customer at heart. I am so pleased with my beautiful new orangery. From the initial visit right through to completion I was treated so well by everyone. I totally put my trust in the management team. Justin and Joel certainly went that extra mile or two or three....to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted.Simon is an outstanding project manager who kept me informed...and sane at every stage! His work ethos is second to none. Mark, Andy and Slav worked incredibly hard with impeccable standards which is certainly reflected in the finished project. I would highly recommend this team to carry out any building projects and I am reassured to know that if there are any problems in the future I can turn to them and they would gladly rectify. “Having a business which which provides a high quality of service with meticulous attention to detail I have particularly high standards when it comes to photographing property and fulfilling the requirements of the most discerning of clients. It is therefore a pleasure to find a company who also work to these ideals and standards. I have been fortunate to work with Express in the Home on quite a number of occasions and I can honestly say their standard of work and attention to detail are second to none. I have heard nothing but great reports from all the home owners I have worked with, and all of the properties I have photographed have been extremely impressive and tastefully designed. They are an innovative and forward thinking company, and a growing company, and often when a company grows they lose that personal touch, but that is most certainly not the case with Express in the Home. They treat every project and every client individually to create something unique and bespoke, maintaining their high standard of service and quality to every installation. “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”

“As we live in a conservation area, we needed planning permission for the renovations to our extensive garden. This was far from a simple task, but Adam and Ben form Aperto/Square Yard (along with their recommended planner) held our hands through the whole process and made this an almost enjoyable experience. We are thrilled with our finished garden design which perfectly matches the design brief we initially gave them. We are particularly happy with the bespoke Cubic outdoor kitchen and pergola that Aperto designed and supplied to us - We haven't cooked inside all summer! We can't recommend Aperto enough, brilliant service and the premium finish to our garden and outdoor kitchen is beyond what we could have hoped for!”
