“We hired Faros to remodel our two bathrooms before our son was born this spring. We had a deadline and we were really counting on them to deliver on time - and they blew it out of the water. They show up, are incredibly communicative, and do a stellar job. I don't think any email ever even sat for a few hours unanswered! They are incredibly prompt, skilled, and they CARE. I think this story really exemplifies their level of professionalism: we were having my baby shower at our house and the bathroom still needed to be finished, but unfortunately, a huge snowstorm came and delayed almost every piece of the final installation. The owner and his son came to our house in the middle of the blizzard to finish the job. They wouldn't let it sit unfinished- they even shoveled our driveway to get it done on time! That's the kind of care I'm talking about - you'd be exceptionally lucky to have them work on your house. We look forward to working with them again and constantly recommend them to all of our friends.”

“Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”

The caliber of his work is truly second to none, but what really separates him from his competition is the fact that he cares about his work and his clients, coupled with a level of integrity that you just don't see very much of anymore. Phil was the GC and designer on my dream kitchen renovation, and he very strategically worked with me from beginning through completion to ensure the project was exactly what I wanted. “Lisa and Fred are terrific. They have been on the job since May, and when finished will have done 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (all to the studs) a den, a new coffered ceiling in the living room and replaced all the windows in the house. There is much more but the aforementioned tell you what you need to know. They pay attention to the smallest details. Lisa has thoughtful design ideas but encourages input from the homeowners. She is also very organized which keeps the job progressing at a good pace. Fred and his team are great and unfailingly polite and pleasant to deal with. The quality of their work is first rate. They are both pleasure to work with.”

リノベーションとは
