“We hired Harding Construction & Sustainable Solutions to do an energy audit and upgrade our 100- year old historic, but non-insulated home. Although we love our home, it was too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer, and our utility bills were high. They upgraded our attic insulation, air sealed our attic, installed wall insulation, sealed our existing duct work, installed LowE insulation in our crawlspace, air sealed the old craftsman wood windows, and installed a high efficiency tankless water heater.
