“Our 2nd small reno project with Menno Martin Contractor was a bathroom re-do to add cabinets and a new sink. Great design, nice materials, excellent, attentive contractor and subcontractors, all great to deal with. I kind of want an option for 4-and-a-half start rating… a couple of mistakes were made with the installation the first time around, though they were understandable results of very slight gaps in communication. They were absolutely and correctly addressed when we brought them up, it just delayed completion and convenient use of the bathroom slightly longer. I'd like to emphasize how much that means to us - occasional mistakes are inevitable but I think it REALLY shows quality with how promptly and professionally they are handled.”

“I found Duane (who came to give me my estimate) to be very professional and thorough. He did not take much of my time - for them it was a small job - but took measurements and asked questions to make sure he was sure what I wanted. I then received an email asking me to choose railing and baluster styles, which I did. Jamie arrived right on time, did BEAUTIFUL work, and was finished when Duane said he would be. As I said, my job was very small, and was squeezed between 2 larger jobs, but I could not be happier with the result. Also important......exactly on budget. What more can you ask?”

“During a process in which we asked multiple contractors to provide us with plans, ideas and costs to undertake an aggressive remodeling of a 1960’s side split that we recently purchased, we put both our money and faith in Craig and Andrew of Ecnomus Fine Homes & Renovations. Not only did Andrew and Craig meet our financial goals but they provided us with some very interesting ideas and interpretations of the project we had outlined. As confident as we were in the decision to hire Ecnomus at the beginning, our confidence and trust only grew during the project. We appreciated the enthusiasm Ecnomus brought to the project, which was matched by the many sub-trades that Andrew and Craig brought to supplement their talents. We appreciated Andrew and Craig’s full disclosure of the costs, schedule and budget whenever asked during the process. More importantly, Craig and Andrew were as concerned as we were with maintaining our budget without sacrificing quality. We appreciated the systems, finishes and materials recommended and used by Ecnomus throughout the project. Our trim and cabinetry are two examples of recommendations made by Andrew and Craig that once installed exceeded our expectations. The house we purchased has become something that far exceeds the vision we originally had when undertaking this project and we attribute a significant amount of the credit to the efforts of Andrew, Craig, Ecnomus and their various sub-trades. リノベーションとは
