“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

In addition, we removed a load-bearing wall to increase the space which required significant structural, plumbing, electrical and air duct work. We are very pleased with the remodeled kitchen! They followed the schedule and were great communicating any required changes. If we had any problems or concerns, they were quick to correct the problem. Often times when you hire someone to do remodeling work, you rarely see them as they send their sub-contractors to finish the work. This is not the case with Tellus. Their general contractor was on sight every day directing their subs and ensuring the work was completed to the specifications. This gave us peace of mind during the process.
