“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. IDCI's professionalism and outstanding customer service really made the design process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to hire IDCI again. Thank you Chris!”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We have been working with Liv Companies on the major kitchen and bath remodel of our LaGrange, IL home, which included removing big walls, new electrical, and new plumbing. We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Liv Companies helped us create a custom home that is perfect for our family (and stayed on budget!).”

“Peter and Kristen of PKPG Companies are the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and ethical individuals you will find anywhere. Working with them on building our custom home has been such a pleasure. We know first hand that this is not always the case...in fact, it is not all that common in the home construction industry. Many times what starts out well, but ends poorly. Peter has incredible skills and ability, that are rarely found in a custom home builder. There are never any surprises. He fully understands and expertly manages everything the home owner will experience. His background as Vice President in one of the largest US home developers has prepared him well. We give the highest praise possible for PKPG. We first recognized that Peter had a keen eye for the real estate market when he found a vacant parcel of land and successfully negotiated a super bargain in a prime location of Glenview, IL. He then "listened" to the ideas we had with respect to desired lifestyle, architectural taste, investment value, budget, etc. With that, he developed a comprehensive building plan and worked diligently with city officials on the approval process. His reputation and relationships with individuals were crucial in making this appear relatively seamless from our perspective, but it certainly required an experienced professional. When initiating the actual construction, Peter was totally transparent on everything. This made us feel very comfortable with the process and we have never been surprised by a hidden cost, up-charge or anything. Additionally, he makes insightful opinions and recommendations about critical decisions to be made. We always felt fully informed and truly felt like we got the most for our money spent. After the final inspection and occupancy, Peter and his team have always followed up on touch-ups and other details. “I've seen some of SolidBuild's work in friends' summer homes, and after seeing the prices listed here (not to neglect the Forest Stewardship Council certification), I'm hoping to order a shed myself soon. (A tip to SolidBuild's profile manager: More photos and a variety of interior and exterior shots would help. The photographs available here don't adequately present the quality of the wood used. I would like an occasional photo to show the texture of the wood--it's quality materials being used. Also, the profile description doesn't sufficiently present the unique style of the units. I'd be curious to know why the sheds look so different from others listed here. Kudos!)”

“Summit Signature Homes did such an amazing job building our dream home – we couldn’t be more pleased with everything! Many of our friends warned us of the process and most complained of the long construction delays they experienced. Much to our surprise it was a great, upfront process with no long delays...we moved in on the exact day they told us. The level of personal attention that was given to us was very impressive; they always went above & beyond. “I needed Interior & Exterior Work Done at the Property to meet Underwriting Guidelines prior to Closing. I Needed A Quote ASAP and the Work Completed Within 5 Days. Rondell Muhammad of The RMI Group was recommended by My Great Realtor Earick Rayburn. I met with Ron & A contract was Signed, Now 3 Days Left for Work to Completed & Inspected by Bank's Appraiser. Ron Stepped Up to Plate knowing that the Schedule would tight, His Crews were already on Working on Several Large Building Rehab Jobs. The Interior Work was Completed and Several Outside were Made More Difficult by The Weather Temp. Dropping Quickly that Weekend. The Outside work Included Brickwork, Tuckpointing, Soffit Replacement, Garage Door Installation and Entry Door New Locks. Did I Mention That A Tree Had to Cut Away in the Rear of The Property!! Rondell Muhammad and His Crew Completed the Job in 3 Days, WOW. The Deal Closed the Following Tuesday. The Deal was Dead in The Water if He Couldn't Complete All Work By Monday. I Have Already Used His Company Again for Another Job & I Plan To USE The RMI Group For 2 Full Bathrooms Remodel in My Own Home. If You Ever Read This, THANKS AGAIN RON!!”

リノベーションとは
