Blue Frog Studio was able to come up with a clever design that made smart use of the space and transformed them into modern looking masterpieces. リノベーションとは


「リノベーション (renovation)」は、修理、復元、革新という意味の英単語で、既存の住宅に対して手を加え工事をする時に使われる言葉です。国土交通省のガイドラインで「新築時の目論見とは違う次元に改修する」と定められているとおり、戸建てやマンションなど今ある住まいをより便利に暮らしやすくする目的で、用途や間取りを大規模に変更し、耐震補強やバリアフリーといった性能を向上させたり付加価値を与えたりする工事のことをリノベーションといいます。
