“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

リノベーションとは
