“After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. “Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat.
