“We love our garage renovation! Tailored Living came into the space, took measurements, created a virtual presentation on the spot. The designer really listened to our needs and also came up with creative solutions we had not considered. Samples of the cabinets and hardware were presented and scheduling was easy. The installation was seamless; we would highly recommend Tailored Living.”

“I cannot say enough about Brittney Stegermen and Conquering Clutter. We purchased a home that needed all of the closets to be redone to be functional and to serve our needs (we don't have a ton of storage otherwise, so we needed shelving in addition to typical hanging space). Additionally, we have a lot of different clothing items to accommodate (including extra long gowns and heavy military uniforms). In consulting with closet organizers, we received bids from both Conquering Clutter and California Closets and we could not be happier that we went with Conquering Clutter for the customer service, cost, and quality. Brittney was just the best. Super responsive and available almost 24/7, so was able to respond professionally and courteously to all of our random questions, design tweaks, and concerns. We had some specific design requests, like black hardware, and she was able to accommodate all of it. The night before our install, I had a moment of panic at 10:30 that the design had not taken into account an internet fixture on our wall and the team would not be able to install a back panel. Not only did Brittney respond to my late night text, she actually looked up our design, saw that the panel was not noted, but assured me that the installation team would have everything on hand to accommodate. The installation team was truly top notch. We had four closets to completely demo and install and they were on time, efficient, and super courteous of our home. They covered everything, from the floor where they staged the closet pieces to the area where they put their tools to the walking path they took through our house. When I needed to have the height of one of the hanging spaces adjusted, at the end of a long day, they happily accommodated me. They were so friendly, worked a literal eight-hour day to get the job done with no down time, and left our home in the same condition as when they entered. This may seem like it should be industry standard, but we are currently also going through a long and painful renovation where neither our design "professional" nor any of her vendors/subcontractors have done anything to protect or care for our home while in it. To have this team care so much was such a welcome change. We definitely plan to have Brittney back out to help us with our garage and cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!”

As a result of her expertise once we signed off on the plan we knew just what to expect. Having her in our home was easy because she spent just the time needed to complete the job. “I'm 60 years old and single. I know I needed to do something about organizing my garage, but I didn't have anymore 'wall space' to utilize, and climbing up on a ladder to deal with the garage attic wasn't something I was about to tackle. That meant I had to find something that would hang from the ceiling. My neighbor put it up for me and said it was easily installed, so no 'rocket science' to put the thing up. Finding 'Safe Racks" was a Godsend! I bought the 4' x 8' size plus 1' extensions making the rack lower. I have reclaimed my garage, and now there is order. I ave so much more room and though I have only about a 100 pounds of storage on it, it will hold up to 600! I think I have utilized about a third of the space, so if I ever need more, it is readily available. Knowing this is an American company gave me the confidence that this product is sound and reliable. It's not an eyesore, and my neighbors are impressed with it. I think a few are considering going the route of 'storage control' that I did. This is probably one of the best purchases I made, and what was a real thrill was getting it on sale through Costco. Safe Racks is a great way to go if you want storage that is 'reliable' and will last for years, and I'm glad I could support an American company.”
