“I went to Ultra Floors based on multiple family recommendations. My builder used them 10 years ago and for that I dealt directly with them then and had a great experience. The personnel at Ultra Floors store is helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In Feb. 2016 they installed glue-on vinyl tile in my basement and Mike the installer and Trevor were very friendly, patient with my questions, clean, and worked quickly...and late-to finish. Frank, the owner, was kind enough to put a rush on my job to accommodate timing of other things scheduled. The floor looks great and we are pleased with our decision to go with it with Frank's help in deciding on the material. As for my 10 year old flooring they installed, that is holding up beautifully. The carpet in all the rooms doesn't have a ripple, wrinkle or loose spot at all. The plank wood floor is tight, squeak free, and bears all the benefits of a high quality product and install that they sold me. I would highly recommend Ultra Floors of Clinton Township, MI and will be using them again when we decide to replace the tired carpet.”

“I got my carpet replaced for 2 rooms, hallway, stairs, and bridge walk in my recently purchased home. Pro Quality Flooring is a family owned business with very qualified and friendly staff. They came to the house to take the measurements and brought carpet samples with them after we narrowed down our selection while we were at their store. The carpet selection, the job quality and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I didn't replace the carpet for the entire house since I had a limited budget, but when the time comes to replace the rest of the rooms I will definitely go back to them.”

“We used Perfect Floors to install hardwood floors to our entire first floor, recarpet our stairs and upper hallway, and to create two area rugs for living room and dining room. We felt confident with our salesperson and the advice he offered us through the process. He even came to our home prior to our selection of a floor to help us navigate quirks of our older home and guided us to the right product for our needs. “I don't have enough good things to say about the folks at Romeo Floors. I went to a LOT of different stores (like over a dozen) trying to find just the right floors for an addition that I've been planning for about 20 years. I've waited a long time and wanted everything to be just right, as these floors are going in my entire house. They had, by far, the biggest selection, with the exception of one other place, but the other place charged AT LEAST double what Romeo charged for the same products. The quality is SO much better than any of the big box stores, and their prices are much better too. I was picky and Kathy was SO patient with me. I never felt pressured to make up my mind. They sent me home with samples a few times. Kathy, Nick, and everyone else there were all SO kind and so helpful. In some of the other places, they kind of scoffed at me when I told them I would be laying the flooring myself. At Romeo Floors, not only were they encouraging, they asked if I needed to borrow any of the tools to get the job done. I've already sent a couple people there and will continue to do so. I will never waste my time going anywhere else for flooring. They're the best.”
