“We hired Urban Floor to reconceptualize the interior of one wing of our house. We wanted to enlarge rooms, eliminate a dark narrow hallway and open the entire area to views and sunlight , all without reducing the number of rooms. They were very creative and accomplishing all of our goals, seeing a solution that never would've occurred to us.The changes they proposed prompted us to redesign the landscape and hard scape around our home. “The staff from sales to installers were professional, courteous and knowledgable. “I've been working with Hernandez Carpets for more than a decade. As a GC I have worked with 100's of suppliers and subcontractors and I wish all of them had the professionalism and service provided by Hernandez. They are a well run, efficient business and provide extremely competitive pricing for all of their products. All of my clients have been more than satisfied in making their selections and with the end product. Work with them once and you'll work with them again and again. The photos from this project are of an engineered white oak. The designer on this project specified a similar product at $2 more a SF. Hernandez supplied these beautiful floors of equal quality at a better price saving my client money and making me look like a rock star.”

“This company was recommended by a friend who has used them before. I went into the torrance store looking for the cheapest but quality carpet that could be installed ASAP. They showed me their in-stock options. I was able to take samples home and call them that night to make an appointment for an estimate. We were satisfied with the prices and made an appointment for the install. The carpet was unknowningly sold before we made our purchase. We weren't to happy but they were willing to do all the could to help us out. They called all the suppliers and was able to get the carpet on its way. Even though it took a few days longer to get the carpet in we were completely satisfied with the product. We love our new carpet and will most likely be calling them again.”
