“From the onset of the showroom experience to the installation of the carpet in my home (entire second floor and stairs) Riemer Floors exceeded my expectations. The salesman including the owner helped my wife and I select the perfect carpeting for our home. Riemer was also flexible when I had to change my install date several times due to a stair project in my home. Lastly the installers were fantastic. Not one scratch, dent, scuff, etc. to walls or molding. The installers finished the job by picking up and hauling away all old carpeting and padding, vacuuming the floors and walked me through each area of install to make sure I was completely satisfied. The carpet install on the newly constructed stairs is amazing. The look and feel of the new carpeting is wonderful and transformed the look of our home. I look for companies with superior customer service and Riemer Floors has routinely shown me this type of service. I have used them in the past on 2-3 other occasions and each time it has been a great experience. I will be back for future flooring needs. Thank you to the entire Riemer staff.”

“I went to Ultra Floors based on multiple family recommendations. My builder used them 10 years ago and for that I dealt directly with them then and had a great experience. The personnel at Ultra Floors store is helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In Feb. 2016 they installed glue-on vinyl tile in my basement and Mike the installer and Trevor were very friendly, patient with my questions, clean, and worked quickly...and late-to finish. Frank, the owner, was kind enough to put a rush on my job to accommodate timing of other things scheduled. The floor looks great and we are pleased with our decision to go with it with Frank's help in deciding on the material. As for my 10 year old flooring they installed, that is holding up beautifully. The carpet in all the rooms doesn't have a ripple, wrinkle or loose spot at all. The plank wood floor is tight, squeak free, and bears all the benefits of a high quality product and install that they sold me. I would highly recommend Ultra Floors of Clinton Township, MI and will be using them again when we decide to replace the tired carpet.”

“I don't have enough good things to say about the folks at Romeo Floors. I went to a LOT of different stores (like over a dozen) trying to find just the right floors for an addition that I've been planning for about 20 years. I've waited a long time and wanted everything to be just right, as these floors are going in my entire house. They had, by far, the biggest selection, with the exception of one other place, but the other place charged AT LEAST double what Romeo charged for the same products. The quality is SO much better than any of the big box stores, and their prices are much better too. I was picky and Kathy was SO patient with me. I never felt pressured to make up my mind. They sent me home with samples a few times. Kathy, Nick, and everyone else there were all SO kind and so helpful. In some of the other places, they kind of scoffed at me when I told them I would be laying the flooring myself. At Romeo Floors, not only were they encouraging, they asked if I needed to borrow any of the tools to get the job done. I've already sent a couple people there and will continue to do so. I will never waste my time going anywhere else for flooring. They're the best.”
