“We just moved to a 1944 year old house which had been neglected and we are working on restoring it to its beauty. We hired Adam Bruce to bring the wood floor back to its original state. There were several damaged areas to the original oak floor, most of which needed to be replaced. We also had a tile landing that needed to be replaced to match the rest of the floor. Adam is known for his skill in doing inlay floors and he ended up doing a wonderful job with our place. He used walnut and oak to replace the old landing which is truly beautiful. He kept the original shape. One cannot tell where the old damaged wood was replaced. He also worked with us on the floor color since we wanted the look of old floors but we did not want to use the the most toxic varnish. We really liked the color, it is nice and warm and he used emulsion-pro. Adam's prices are competitive, ask him for a free estimate and you will be amazed. He can offer you a better deal also because he works for himself, not a large company. He also built beautiful stairs. He finished the project in the timely manner.
