“Adam and his crew do excellent work! We've brought them in on several jobs and wether it be hardwood floors, vinyl, or carpet, they run a clean and effective job. “A friend recommended that I go to Ramtown when I bought my house. I needed new carpet on my staircase and in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. I also wanted a custom area rug to cover the wood floor in the master bedroom. Nancy and Pam recommended great options for both areas and we are so happy with the look and performance of what we chose. They do not work on commission so everyone in the showroom including Cindy is always willing to help anyone who walks in and there is no high pressure like other stores we went to. Even better the prices were really great. The installers were professional and the customer service manager Tommy, followed up to make sure we were happy and that all went well. We have other rooms to do in this big house and so when we need wood, tile or carpet we will definitely go to Ramtown. In fact my sister in law is getting her floors from them now too.”

“We used smart carpet in 2010. They installed 3/4" Brazilian Cherry in our upstairs hallway and two bedrooms. The job came out great. One thing to note is that Brazilian Cherry does darken over time. In my opinion the darkened cherry look made the floor look even richer.”

“My experience with Nima Fine Rugs dates back several years when I had major water damage to my home and furnishings, including oriental rugs, due to burst heating pipes. It was a very stressful time with much repair work and coordination of services. The owner Alex and his staff were very responsive and sensitive to my situation and especially PATIENT! My rugs were cleaned, repaired and stored for a lengthy period until they could be returned to mold free and newly painted and restored rooms. There was never pressure to have them delivered and I was treated with utmost professionalism throughout. The carpets were beautifully restored and I was totally satisfied with their work. As a result I have often referred my clients from my Estate Sale and Antique business to Nima with the same outcome. Nima's Alex is a respected local dealer among his peers.”
