“CR FLoors brings design, selection, and installation under one roof. In selecting carpet I was invited to make an appointment with their interior designer (at no charge). I brought paint samples, tile samples and room photographs to my design appointment. The designer walked me about the showroom pulling samples and helped me coordinate with my home by asking questions about my design goals. The final selection was beautiful and on trend. The follow-up was spectacular. Their installation department coordinated and communicated with me weeks in advance so I had plenty of time get my home ready and move furniture. The installation team was excellent and gave great attention to detail and protected my home during install. After install CR Floors followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. I need to compare this with a competitor. I went to their showroom and was gruffly greet by a salesperson. when I said I needed help selecting carpet, they said what color? When I said off -white.
