“FCI saved my hard wood floors after another contractor ruined a basic sand and finish job. The guys were extremely professional, fast and knowledgeable. I was amazed by their work, especially after the botched job that I had recently experienced. All I had to do was tell them the color I was looking for and they brought a couple of options to choose from. “GSG Renovations recently did extensive work in the following areas of our home: Guest bath- GSG did a complete demo (including raising the height of the tub alcove area to ceiling height) and a complete remodel including spectacular tile work on the floor (herringbone design) and the tub surround with a decorative mosaic design accent and a niche. (see photo) Master bath- GSG did a complete demo and remodel that transformed our formerly boring master into a stunning spa like space. This included intricate tile work including two "accent rugs" (see photos) at the entry to the master bath and in the vanity area. GSG also installed our custom built jetted bath tub, a steam bath in the shame and a radiant heat system underneath the tile. Remodel stairway and install hardwood floors upstairs- GSG removed our old carpet, prepared the subfloor and installed new hardwood floors in our upstairs hallway, bedrooms and closets. GSG also completely remodeled our (formerly carpet) stairway including installing and finishing hardwood treads, newel posts, wrought iron ballusters and new handrail. Install about 1500 square feet of wood flooring - floor looks great, needs some repair from water damage that Brandon is going to complete. January and November 2013 2. “Extremely impressed with the job Select Floors of Roswell did for us. George was very professional and he and his staff, especially Cassie, were willing to help with anything. We had other quotes but selected his company because he was very direct, knowledgable and did not try to upsale us. They removed all the furniture. Then, unfinished hardwoods were installed in our dining room and great room with great care and perfection, the existing hardwoods in our kitchen, foyer, and hallway were sanded then stained and three coats polyurethane was applied to new and existing hardwood floors. Three weeks later, they installed new carpet in our bedrooms. The installers were extremely careful with our furniture and our new hardwoods.
