“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! They were highly knowledgeable about floors, moving furniture, and making sure that the customer (in this case, "me") was satisfied with the work.
