He created a study bookcase from floor to ceiling which looks beautiful and is exceptional quality, you can feel it when you open and close the lower bookcase doors. Phil also extended the loft conversion hatch to the remaining roof storage, even that, which I can't say I was expecting much from, looks great and is off a very high quality.
