He has many, many friends in construction and is a valuable referral machine for roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers, tapers, whatever you need. 5. He tolerates requests that might make his work harder, like when we say we want to reuse materials instead of buying new. Or we want to recreate historic crown molding. Finally, Rich has a great sense of humor. Nothing ever goes exactly as planned in house projects. It sure does help to have a partner who keeps the mood light and makes the process enjoyable.”
