They were very professional and totally customized the project to fit our design and budget needs, finished on-time and results were beyond what we expected. Not one single complaint, which is rare nowadays :-) We totally overhauled our garage with new cabinets, lighting, wall organization, tool drawers, work counter, and gorgeous fleck epoxy flooring - we have received quite a few compliments! We've used several other cabinet co's for prior projects (Closets by Design and ClosetOS) and I wish I had been aware of Tailored Living first - I felt the other 2 co's separated the communication from sales to install, so one was out for money and the other just wanted to fly through the project to the next so the finished look wasn't as promised. As a customer, I didn't feel as connected to or have as much control over the project as I did with TL. As with any project, have ideas ready - use Houzz/Pinterest/etc and find your inspiration room to help relay to the contractors what you want to do. James was extremely open to modifying our cabinet layouts until we found the best layout for the space and needs - Will definitely use again!”
